You may request deletion of your data at any time. If you are an active client, this will result in termination of service. We will delete your data within 30 days of your request, except for any data we are legally required to retain.

You may object to specific uses of your data (e.g., anonymized cross-client learning). We will accommodate reasonable objections where possible without materially impacting our ability to deliver the service.

7. AI-Specific Disclosures

7.1 AI Processing

Your AI employee is powered by large language models provided by Anthropic (Claude). When you send a message to your AI employee, the content is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic's API does not use customer inputs to train its models.

7.2 No Automated Decision-Making with Legal Effect

Your AI employee does not make decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects concerning you. It performs business functions (content creation, communication, research, etc.) under your direction and review.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
